The acceptance of the order implies the customer’s acceptance of the sales conditions outlined below or in the case of particular conditions granted. These prevail over all other purchase conditions.
All pieces created by Botanical Bias are individually hand-crafted.
By accepting our Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase you acknowledge that every item is created individually by hand, giving each piece its own character, which may vary slightly from the store imagery. Images act as a visual guide only.
Please read our terms, shipping and returns policies carefully as making a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms.
Neither Botanical Bias, nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information. Botanical Bias reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions set out herein without notice.
While Botanical Bias strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing.
Online Store
PRICE – All prices are in INR and can be modified at any moment due to market price fluctuations or any other reason beyond our control. Botanical Bias accepts payments online only.
ORDERS – Orders will only be definitive once Botanical Bias confirms them. Once confirmed, the buyer cannot cancel or change the order.
PRODUCTION – From 01 December 2022, all orders are made-to-order and production time may vary between the time listed on the product page. If you require it by a certain date, please get in touch.
DELIVERY – Delivery dates are only indicative. Botanical Bias is not responsible for any damages that could be incurred whilst in transit. Botanical Bias is not responsible for any late deliveries. Insurance is not included. Read more about delivery here.
Quality control
All items available at Botanical Bias are entirely textured by hand and will undoubtedly have imperfections which are an unavoidable consequence of their hand-made nature. The imperfections are in fact an integral part of the design aesthetic employed by Botanical Bias. Many of the pieces are meant to appear old, weathered and imperfect. All items will be slightly individual in finish, colour and shape.
Botanical Bias cannot be held responsible for discrepancies or differences from the store image. Any irregularities in the texture and in the colour of the products are intended and must not be considered as a flaw.
